WELL Advances Environmental Management in Schools
Launches “Wat Thammana-wa School Waste Bank” Project to Create Value and Sustainability

Well Management Corporation Public Company Limited has moved forward with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by launching the “Wat Thammana-wa School Waste Bank” project. Held on May 29, 2026, at Wat Thammana-wa School in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, the project was organized under the concept “Transforming Waste into Value: Generating Income, Building Discipline, and Creating Sustainability.”

The opening ceremony was honored by the presence of the company’s executive team, led by Ms. Monthathip Chitrakul, Chief Support Officer, alongside Mr. Charn Tangkanchanavelukul, Chief Business Development Officer, and Mr. Surachat Lamlerttham, Chief Financial Officer, as well as employee representatives.

The event was warmly welcomed and supported by Mr. Nattapon Narongdecha, Director of Wat Thammana-wa School, and Mr. Nakarin Jabjit, Deputy Director, along with the teaching staff, educational personnel, and 50 student representatives who actively participated in the activities and training sessions throughout the day.

The activities focused on enabling students to learn the principles of proper waste separation, understand the types of recyclable materials that can be sold, and comprehend the school waste bank management process—ranging from sorting, accepting deposits, and data logging, to creating value from recyclable waste. This ensures that students can apply this knowledge to their daily lives and build upon it to tangibly improve environmental care within both their school and community.

In addition to the educational training, the event featured interactive games on waste separation, Q&A sessions with prizes, and a simulation of the waste bank account opening system. These activities allowed students to learn through hands-on experience in a fun, easy-to-understand format that can be effectively put into practice.

On this occasion, the company also contributed to improving the school's environment and the students' quality of life. These contributions included the refurbishment of two waste disposal stations on campus, the official establishment of the school waste bank along with a 5,000 THB supporting fund, and the presentation of scholarships to student representatives. Furthermore, learning materials, toys, and snacks were distributed to promote educational opportunities, inspire the youths, and bring smiles to the students.
